When I show you Maria Rubinke I have to show you Louise Hindsgavl too! Louise has been working many years now with her white porcelain figurines, they are scary too, especially because they show how real life is for some people. The titels tells what they are about. (and offcourse, I forgot to write the tites for theese...UPS!) The newest figurines has other materials as strings, birds and metal worked into the figurines, I like that! Everywhere you go in Iceland, you will see some of Gerdur Helgadottirs works. She was actually sister to Unnurs grandma. Gerdur Helgadottir has decorated a lot of churches and public buildings, she has a whole museum named after her too!
